I, Snowdragon, the artist reserves ALL RIGHTS to any and all work produced during commissions.
-These rights include but are not limited to
1. Ownership over the work I produce. (For commercial purposes refer to the sections later.)
2. Rights to share any work produced during a commission on my social media, my portfolio, website for advertising and so on.

I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the payment based on level of progress of the commission.

Client can cancel the commission before any payment has been made.

Commissions will not begin unless 50% or more payment is made upfront.

All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.

All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.

I do not support the use of AI programs such as DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable diffusion or any such programs to reproduce my work or use my art as AI learning fodder and I will not use any such AI programs or generators for my art even if requested by the client.

Failure to abide by my terms will result in the commission being declined/canceled.

The commission process begins as soon as you fill out the order form or reach out to me on discord via my discord server or dm me directly at " snowdragonarts "!

Please provide lots of references and clear descriptions of what it is you'd like me to draw for you to assure you get exactly what you are paying for.

Once the subject of the commission has been discussed, it is time to talk payment-
-I only accept payment with PayPal goods and services invoices.
-I will only begin working on the commission after receiving 50% payment upfront.
-Orders worth above 500$ can be paid in smaller installments such as 25% every 1 or 2 weeks. This is up for discussion.
-A full refund is only available if the sketch phase has not begun. (PayPal fees deducted from the original amount will not be refunded)
-After the sketch phase has begun, there will be no refunds.
-Forcing a refund/chargeback will result in you being publicly blacklisted from my website and commission services, so if you have any concerns, discuss them with me before taking any drastic action.

Other payment methods accepted are Ko-fi (I offer membership services as well!) and Discord 10$ Nitro's (Max commission amount = 5x 10$ Nitro's).

After payment has been made, the art process begins, this means brainstorming ideas with you to get the perfect pose to looking for references after which the sketch phase begins.
-Wip(work in progress) sketches will be provided for every step of the the process = sketch, color, render and finalizing details.
-Clients can request for wips in between those phases as well if applicable.
-Revisions: During the sketch phase, I offer upto 10 edits for free. Every edit after that will be charged depending on the effort of the change.
No revisions will be offered after the sketch has been approved by the client.
-No revisions can be made after the rendering process has begun (unless I have missed some small detail or trait of your character which will be added accordingly).
-Client cannot ask for revisions such as completely changing the base pose, outfit, character design, etc after the sketch has been finalized.

Regular updates will be provided in a timely manner unless there are any delays on my end, which the client will be informed about asap.

Completion of this process will depend on complexity, number of characters involved, backgrounds or in some cases real life situations, unforeseen situations or personal problems where I may require to take a break.
-A rough outline of my turn around times mentioned in my prices section are not absolute, they may be changed based on reasons listed above.
-Estimated turn around times will be provided to the client on a commission to commission basis.
-Commissions can be completed before or after stated turn around time in some cases.

If the client becomes despondent and remains out of contact for over 3 weeks, the commission will be considered cancelled and depending on how far the commission has progressed or whether or not payment has been fully or partially made, refunds may not be applicable.

Clients are highly requested to leave a short review about their time working with me, about the final product or anything you wish to point out that I could do better in the future, even if it is brief it helps greatly.

Once the artwork has been finalized and completed by me, I will provide you with 2 different image files of the final product.
-A high quality PNG image with 1 watermark in the bottom right corner of the image. This is file is for your own personal use and not for sharing.
-A medium quality JPEG image with 2 watermarks, the first one being a bigger low opacity watermark "commissioned art by snowdragon" overlayed the main body of the image and another smaller watermark at higher opacity somewhere over the main subject of the image. This is for you to share on social media (with credit), share with your friends and general non commercial, only personal use.

No refunds can be done after the finished artwork has been delivered.

Under no circumstances may my signature be removed from any of my work.

Commercial rights for commissions have to be discussed along with +200% of the base price of the WHOLE piece.
Commercial fees DO NOT include the base price. For example if base price is 100$; Commercial fees is +200$.

I am allowed to use commissioned work, the final product and unused designs to:
-Promote/advertise myself on any social media and/or my website.
-Add to my portfolio.
-Use as examples on my website to showcase previous commissions.
